The Heavy Duty U-Bolt style Crossover Mounting plate  mounts two round members at a 90 degree angle to each other .  3/8" thick HDG plate , U-Bolts , Hardware and Pipe Sold Seperately. Used  for mounting of Antennas ( Wifi , TV Antennas , Direct TV , Satellite ) the antennas are usually attached to tower legs , masts , Railings ( Balcony , Roof Tops ) . This Crossover mounting plate mounts pipe size from 2-3/8 in OD up to 4-1/2  in OD Pipe  , horizontal or vertical to each other .
