NIPPON NF-74 BNC Male to Male T Type Splitter Coupler Adapter
This is plated with an anti-corrosive finish, Commercial Grade and Quality with Silver Plate Center Conductor. The BNC connector is used for RF signal connections, for analog and Serial Digital Interface video signals, amateur radio antenna connections, aviation electronics (avionics) and many other types of electronic test equipment. It is an alternative to the RCA connector when used for composite video on commercial video devices, although many consumer electronics devices with RCA jacks can be used with BNC-only commercial video equipment via a simple adapter. BNC connectors were commonly used on 10base2 thin Ethernet networks, both on cable Connections and network cards, though these have largely been replaced by newer Ethernet devices whose wiring does not use coaxial cable. Some ARCNET networks use BNC-terminated coax.

Note: Technicians will use this transition accomodate several Feeds to Test Equipment Leads or split source signal to distribute to more than one location.

Coaxial Cable Adaptors

An adapter (or adaptor) is a device used to match the physical or electrical characteristics of two different Connectors so that a connection may be made between them and the Equipment You desire to Cross-Connect. Most Connections for Video and RF (Radio Frequency) Equipment is 75 Ohm in Characteristic Impedance. Radio and Microwave Frequency Connections Passing High Power Require 50 Ohms. A Majority of the Adapters offered Here are 75 Ohm. However, with the High Quality Dialectric Found Surrounding the Interior of the Mating Connection, Low Power Usage, and Transition Impedance Matching of Like Characteristic Impedances, Resulting Mis-match of 50 Ohm use woiuld be so Low as to be Considered Negligible.
