This Terms of Service Policy is "as of" August 13, 2008
Disclosure to Law Enforcement- All Users agree that cableandwireshop.com may disclose all User information to any law enforcement agents without consent or notification to the User. In addition cableandwireshop.com shall have the right to terminate all services of the User.
Product Rates- All Users acknowledge that cableandwireshop.com et al may prospectively change the Product Prices, Specified rates and charges at any time. Further, as 3 Star Inc. Operates and does business on Multiple E-commerce Platforms, Users are aware that 3 Star Inc. may provide different Product Pricing, Rates and Charges Matrixes for each User Independantly one from another.
Payments and Fees- All Accounts are set up on a pre-paid basis. Unless Otherwise Indicated by Contract or Other Written Reference, All Products, Services, including Shipping Charges, are to be Paid for in Advance of Shipping. Credit cards and PayPal will be charged in accordance to the Total Cost as agreed upon by You as You Consummate the Transaction at the Payment Gateway of Your Choice. Three Star Inc. Pays for the cost of the Transaction at any Gateway You choose and said cost is Deducted from Our Account. Any Charges that the Payment Gateway may impose upon You, due to the Nature of the Agreement or Service Terms You have with them, is in Addition to the Total Order Cost. You Can Place an Order by Quote on the Web Site and then Pay for the Order by Phone. There is a $1 declination fee each time a credit card is declined regardless of the reason. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in Three Star Inc.'s sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of this Policy and any Other(s), you agree to pay Three Star Inc. an "Administrative Fee" of $100. All payments must be in U.S. currency. If this Dispute occurs after receipt of Product, see "Failure to Pay".
Failure to Pay- A 18% per anum finance charge is assessed to all outstanding balances until payment has been received. Your Account may be turned over to a collection agency if payment has not been received in full within 30 days. If you desire to cancel your Order, or return fro Refund, please follow the proper procedures to do this as outlined in the "Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy". If You cannot meet the Terms and Criteria set forth in the "Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy", then You don't qualify for any Remedies and Relief found there, and as such, will be assessed accordingly under this provision, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

Technical Support Boundaries- Three Star Inc. et al provides Specification Sheets, Outlines, Descriptions, Images and Other Data for Purposes of Evalution at the User's Sole Descretion. We Provide Customer and Technical Support as a "Value Added" Service, free of Cost. We can and will answer any Questions we can, others may be referred to the Manufacturer. In either case, any Advisement given is not to be construed as Direction in substitution of a Qualified Engineer, Installer or Operator. Three Star Inc. et al is not Responsible for Supplying Installation, Engineering or Operation Instruction and Direction. Three Star Inc. is further not responsible for any acts as a result of any such Advisement, given or not. See "Warranty Policy".
Personal Account Security- Users are responsible for any misuse of their account. Users must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to their account or Log_In Information. It is the responsibility of the User to keep his/her password secure.
