Three Star Inc. Provides certain Features to Registered Users on Our Web Site. These Features include, but are not limited to; Knowledge Base, News, Blog, Forum and Ads. In Consideration for such Use, You Agree to the Following Terms of Acceptable and Unacceptable Use of Our Site.

It is Encouraged of the Prospective Buyer that Due Diligence be performed on their behalf prior to any Consumation of Agreement. Three Star Inc. makes no Claims or Representations of any Ads or Users who place Ads, nor does Three Star Inc. make any money or derive any other direct benefit from such Ad Placement, or Subsequent Transactions.

Unsolicited E-mail- Even though cableandwireshop.com cannot entirely control what e-mail our customers receive, we do take action against any User that has been Found to Use Unsolicitated e-Mail, Postings or Solicitations on Other Sites to Drive Traffic to, or from, Postings, News, Ads, Blogs or Forums on this Site.

E-mail / Message Forging- Attempting to forge headers or other identifying information is prohibited. Using deliberately misleading e-mail addresses (user@domain.name.NOSPAM) in any posting in order to avoid SPAM e-mail address collectors is Prohibited.

Newsgroup/Ad SPAMing- Use of cableandwireshop.com to post a similar item to more than three Newsgroups, Forum, Ads or Mailing lists is prohibited. All post to any Newsgroup, Ad, Blog, or Forum must be in accordance and in keeping with that group's intended purpose.

Forums- The Forum is for Education and Networking, not for Venting, Profanity or Abusive Conduct. If You cannot control yourself, we will.

E-mail Address- Any e-mail address used for Registration, Contact or Identification must be Real and Verifiable.

Unauthorized Access- We will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include "internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc. Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a user, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to us, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, User account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action. Users can not allow other people to user their account.

Collection of Personal Data- The Use of cableandwireshop.com to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is prohibited and illegal.

Harm to Minors- Use of cableandwireshop.com to harm or attempt to harm a minor, including but not limited to using cableandwireshop.com to post or send pornographic, obscene or profane materials is prohibited.
